Terms of Use.

This website belongs to Shree Bhavani Trading Corporation, Ahmedabad. It tells you what we stock and how to reach us. By using it you agree to these terms.

The website is information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a price. You cannot order or pay on this website: orders, billing and payment happen at our counter, or with our staff by phone or WhatsApp.

The products, sizes and brands shown here, and anything we tell you about stock or rates on the phone or WhatsApp, are a guide. Stock changes every day. The item, the quantity, the rate and whether it is in stock are confirmed when your bill is made.

Every sale is governed by the GST tax invoice or bill of supply we issue for it, not by this website. A written quotation from us holds only until the date it states.

Brand names, logos and products belong to their makers. We show them because we stock or distribute those brands, as the home page describes. The photographs of our shop, godown and stock, and the words on this website, are ours: please ask before you copy them.

Our WhatsApp, Call, E-mail, Directions, Instagram and Facebook buttons take you to services run by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

We try to keep this website correct, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or up to date. Please check with us before you rely on it. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a loss caused only by relying on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website or a sale is subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

If we change these terms, we will change this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
